This guide explains how to permanently delete your OurCut account and all associated data directly from within the app.

Important: Account deletion is irreversible. Once confirmed, your profile, businesses, transactions, and all related data will be permanently removed.

Step-by-Step Instructions

   Open OurCut Launch the app on your device and navigate to the Settings tab (bottom navigation bar).

   Scroll to the Account section Scroll down until you see the Account section with the Delete Account option.

   Tap "Delete Account" A confirmation dialog will appear explaining that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

   Confirm deletion Tap Delete to confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

   Pro subscribers: If you have an active subscription, the app will prompt you to cancel it first via the Google Play Store. You can still proceed with deletion, but your subscription will remain active unless cancelled separately through the Play Store.

Data That Will Be Removed

Deleting your account removes the following data permanently:

• Your profile and account information
• All businesses you created
• All transaction records and ledgers
• Business partner relationships
• Settlement history
• Any saved preferences or settings

Data Retention Period

Account deletion is processed immediately. Data is removed from active systems upon confirmation. Backups may retain data for up to 30 days before being fully purged.
